Chocolate Apple Cider Caramels!

I was inspired by autumn to try and come up with something more.. autumnal. I had gone to Tammy of Tammy's Tastings to help me with making caramel. I originally got this apple cider caramel recipe from her, but had to tweak it to make it my own!
