Celebrate with these Southern Jack Truffles!

The ganache is made with 72% Belgian chocolate, butter cream and Jack Daniels whisky is melted into the ganache, and topped with a whole southern pecan before being encased in rich dark chocolate. The finished truffle is dusted with chopped pecans.
