Chocolate Dipped Pecan Shortbread Cookies!

You can make the cookies with both pecans and walnuts. Substitute bittersweet chocolate for the milk chocolate, if you like, and leave some of the cookies plain for those who don't care for chocolate. I just prefer tempered milk chocolate.
