This recipe for Polish chocolate cherry walnut cake or ciasto czekoladowe z wiśniami i orzechami is adapted from one my friend Cheryl Molenda makes. It can be baked in individual fluted molds or in a 10-inch Bundt pan. It's a moist cake that benefits from the chocolate glaze that's drizzled on the cooled cake.
