Now this recipe is one for the books. It has alot of different components, but it sure is worth the work. I made this yule log before we left for our trip during a very busy month full of other commitments and parties. It all seems like a blur now, but I can tell you this yule log was delicious and it was devoured in one day, in one seating. A layer of lemon crème brulee with gianduja praline feullentine, dark chocolate ganache, hazelnut dacquoise, dark chocolate mousse and covered in dark chocolate glaze.
