Today Is National Potato Chip Day!

Celebrate with these easy and surprisingly delicious Chocolate Covered Potato Chips!!

Ingredients

1 Bag Ruffles Plain Potato Chips
16 ounces Milk or Dark Chocolate

Directions

Melt or temper chocolate. Dip chips, one-by-one, into melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off of chips. Place onto parchment-lined pan and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes, until hardened. Enjoy!
