This recipe was posted on the internet as a July 4th treat, but I make these all summer long for the kiddos! (Who am I kidding, I eat them too!) I switch it up and use colorful jimmies or just chocolate jimmies!

I have made these to bring to summer cookouts, and then I absolutely temper the chocolate so it looks like I bought them!
