Devils Food Cake Filled Pb Cups!

Happy National Devils Food Cake Day! Ever since I made my first peanut butter cup way back in 2009 I've always had it in the back of my mind to kick them up a notch, somehow, someway. Finally I decided to put cake balls in them when all the cake ball madness started.
