    Chocolate Turkeys! This Thanksgiving, skip the fruit pies for desert and embrace chocolate instead. Detox divas believe that a fruit based treat after a heavy Thanksgiving meal can contribute to gas and uncomfortable stomach bloat.     Ingredients:

    2 ounces good quality (60%+ cocoa) semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
    2 ounces good quality bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
    1/4 cup large walnut pieces, shelled
    2 tablespoons dried cranberries
    1/4 teaspoon ground coffee (optional)
