Chocolate Eclairs!

It's National Chocolate Eclair Day! Now this recipe is absolutely delicious! And, the eclairs are so shiny! This recipe calls for corn syrup to shine up the chocolate glaze, but I say, temper some chocolate! Who needs the added sugars anyways? LOL
