NO WAIT, wait, I am only kidding, it's actually Chocolate Dipped Candied Orange Peel! I wanted to post something about french fries because today is National French Fries Day! But, there are no real recipes out there for that wonderful hormone suppressing delight!

I found this picture and then the recipe on the internet as I was looking for the above. It's a fairly simple process to make candied orange peels. When the strips are done, I just dip them in some tempered dark chocolate.
