Yes, that is what I said, chocolate covered jelly beans...It's National Day of the Jelly Bean. In order to celebrate, I set about to find some kind of chocolate jelly bean recipe. I couldn't find one, but I did see that a number of candy stores do sell them.
Being a chocolate tempering genius (lol), I know I can figure this one out myself. The only down side of this is how monotonous to do these one by one. I think I will make them into clusters! YES!
