Christmas is here! In my house, there was always a box or two of chocolate covered cherries stuffed over by all the stocking for us kids to share. My Dad, of course, got his own box! But, back then, my Mom didn't have time to make her own. She worked full time and had 6 kids to take care of. Here is a recipe for all you DIY chocolatiers! This is not the alcoholic version...LOL
