Caramel Shortbread Squares!

I recently had the best brainstorm ever. I realized that if I used prepackaged shortbread cookies, I could create Twix-like squares with minimal mess and effort. It’s faster, easier, AND much neater? That’s like a Twix lover's hat trick right there.
