Over the years, we’ve wavered back and forth between “bake” and “no-bake” recipes. Bake recipes take time and space in the oven, plus all the measuring and mixing and cooling time…..but no-bake recipes often involve melting and stirring and rolling into balls, plus the dipping time…..so, at the end of the day, which is better?? Well, how about both? These White Chocolate Snickerdoodles are the best of both worlds and incorporate a little bit of everything. Measuring, rolling, dipping, baking, cooling, melting, stirring, dipping (again)…..and they are SO so worth it!
