This over the top chocolate milkshake is made with a splash of Irish cream liqueur, topped with creampuffs filled with custard and covered in glaze, whipped cream, caramel, and chocolate rim with sprinkles. The creampuffs on their own are a perfect treat but when coupled with the shake it’s just pure decadence.
