Ok, I know this one is more than a bit "out there", but it was so crazy I just had to share!!
If people want more chicken with their dinner, a la KFC’s Double Down, then they clearly want more chicken with dessert, too.
Done! Introducing the Chocolate Dipped Chicken. What could be better than eating dinner for dessert, or as dessert, or maybe just before dessert because there’s always room for more chicken.
To prepare, simply batter chicken tenders with flour, bread crumbs, spices, etc. and fry in oil. Temper some good chocolate or, if you are just eating at home, buy some of that chocolate coating for fruit and prepare it. Instead of dipping fruit, dip the chicken. Let cool and then enjoy a quick, delicious death by chocolate, for reals!
