    White Chocolate Covered Cranberries! With the holiday season being in full force, I noticed that our local grocery store was stalking up on cranberries. Not cranberry sauce or dried cranberries {or craisins rather}, but full on cranberries. I realized that I had never eaten a cranberry just plain before. Like, ever. I didn't even know how to eat them plain! Sounds weird, right? But chances are, you just realized the same thing too, huh? ;) Anyway, because of all of this, I looked up how to eat cranberries and every site said the same thing - cranberries are edible, but they are very bitter/sour. I thought to myself, "Well, I like sour things. They can't be that bad", as I popped a couple in my mouth. Trust me when I say that they were not that bad. I don't know why they would even sell the dang things unless it was for this recipe right here. Because let me tell you - these babies are delicious! They make those bitter/sour cranberries taste like something straight outta heaven.
