The Chocovision Holey Baffle for the small machines increases the machine capacities from 1.5 lbs. to roughly 2 lbs. with no compromise to the tempering process. In addition to the capacity increase, the Holey Baffle provides performance improvements due to more direct heat reaching the pool of chocolate at all times.
