Plastic bowl cover for the Rev1 & Rev2 tempering machines (please note: does not fit Mini Rev or Rev2B machines!). This one piece cover just gets placed over the bowl and baffle and keeps anything from getting into your chocolate and also it helps trap the heat in so your chocolate melts faster.
