The Revolation Delta is a state-of-the-art commercial chocolate tempering machine, melting and tempering 1.5 to 17 pounds of pure chocolate in approximately 1 - 1.5 hours. The newly re-designed solid baffle decreases the minimum capacity from 3 lbs to just 1.5 lbs (and using the holey baffle increases the maximum capacity to 17 lbs), making the Delta the perfect machine for any project (big or small!). It maintains perfect temper conditions for hours and hours, and like all of ChocoVision's machinery, is equipped with a removable, stainless steel bowl, baffle and scraper. The Rev Delta will be ideal for chocolate makers, whether in their home kitchen or a sophisticated commercial environment.

QUESTION: Can this 220/240v machine be used in the USA?

ANSWER: This machine is 220 /240v electrics with an international plug. Most US outlets are 110v, so this machine is not intended for use in North America. Please see our 110v machine for use within North America HERE.

QUESTION: What type of plug does this 220/40v machine come with?

ANSWER: If the machine is shipping to the UK it will include a UK style plug. For all other 220/240v countries, you will receive a EU Schuko plug. If the plug style received does not match your outlet, you will only need a simple plug adapter (not a power transformer!).
